INT’s Design and Development work with SMS Inc. has included traditional print design, website design, e-marketing and other multimedia marketing needs - not to mention the award-winning marketing collateral design.

Each year with a new design look, INT creates the annual seminar mailer, known in the industry as the premier resource for accreditations and certifications in life safety and emergency management. In addition to keeping the software updated and running smoothly, INT manages the monthly routine maintenance of their data file server in order to keep the computer system fast and healthy. SMS Inc.’s workability issues were solved when INT set up a solution for transferring documents online through a securely client-managed FTP site.
INT also works to integrate technical drawing services for SMS Inc.’s customer reporting service, using AutoCad to create building diagrams for their healthcare facilities.

Particularly in SMS Inc.’s evaluation of healthcare facilities and reporting, where it used to take hours a day to accurately input data and generate reporting, INT stepped in to provide an inventive and streamlined new process. INT’s Excel experts took the form added formulas, pivot tables and intelligent design to create a new form that only takes 30-minutes to complete, ultimately saving SMS Inc. countless hours of time each week.
