INT has deployed an online data storage tool, INT CloudDrive, which makes a virtual hard drive appear on your desktop computer as a mapped drive.

What Does This Mean For You?

INT CloudDrive is a data storage system that behaves like a local drive. Your data is stored on INT servers, remote from your site, yet always available wherever you or your employees have internet access, and it is as simple as selecting a drive letter. No need to leave your desktop, and of course, you are not subjected to advertisements.

If you use any of the new desktop search tools, they will work on your INT CloudDrive as well, ensuring that you can quickly locate the file you need. You get complete File History, File Sharing and Universal Access in virtual storage of a size capacity that you specify. You can readily increase your storage space as needed without replacing any hardware, just give us the word, and we will make the necessary changes for you.

INT CloudDrive Technical Details

In addition to virtual drive mapping, INT CloudDrive includes important WebDAV Client features:

Access Desktop tools:  INT CloudDrive works with desktop search tools, enabling you to search for files on your local PC and remote servers in a single search

Control with Multiple Locking Options

• Enable Auto DAV locking to have INT CloudDrive establish DAV locks on files that applications open using the win32 share flags.
• Have INT CloudDrive remove locks on file types you choose, for example, .doc, or .xls file types.
• Use DAV lock to check if user has Write access to a file

Multiple Protocol Support  

Map drive letters to FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, Amazon S3, FTP/S and FrontPage servers

 

OS Support

Operating System: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7. INT CloudDrive is supported on both the 32 bit and 64 bit editions of Windows.

Processor: Pentium class processor or better
Memory: Minimum 32MB system memory
Disk Space: Minimum 40MB free disk space (for product and caching space)
Internet Connection: Either a direct Internet connection or a modem with a minimum baud rate of 28.8 (56K is recommended)
Network Components: Microsoft's 32-bit TCP/IP networking component. Note: No other TCP/IP stacks are currently supported
INT CloudDrive supports Intel and PowerPC based Macintosh computers with full 32bit and 64bit support for OS X v10.5 (Leopard) & later.
